Why the Right Mattress & Pillow Matters

The average American gets just 6.8 hours of sleep a night. Research shows we need 8-9 hours of uninterrupted sleep for us to reach our maximum capacity.

If you’re not getting the restorative rest you need, you may want to consider what you’re sleeping on.

Mattress Matters

What kind of mattress are you sleeping on? If it’s too soft, it’s not going to provide the support your body needs. Make sure you purchase a firm mattress that provides excellent support. Be sure to check the return policy too. As you’re making a significant investment, you want the mattress to be right for you.

Let’s Talk Pillows

Just as we recommend that you sleep on a firm mattress, your head needs proper support with a firm pillow as well. If your pillow is too soft, your body will have to fight against itself. Your pillow should provide the right amount of support and comfort depending on the sleep position you prefer.
